Dress Code
All students are expected to dress appropriately and maintain a reasonable appearance and practice personal hygiene. Halter tops or midriff tops, or shorts that are too short or too tight are considered inappropriate. Shirts that advertise alcohol or contain other inappropriate messages or muscle shirts should not be worn. Sneakers or rubber-soled shoes must be worn for PE and other outdoor activities. No Heely’s are allowed unless the wheels are removed.
Clogs, flip-flops, high heels and some sandals are considered dangerous and should not be worn. If health or safety is questionable in a student’s dress or appearance, the parent will be contacted and asked to bring a change of clothes for their child.
Hats and caps are not allowed to be worn in the building. Bandanas are not acceptable at all. Belts must be worn with loose pants or shorts and hems of pants must not touch or drag on the floor.
